Carrot and Coriander Soup

With the humble carrot in season, you can’t go wrong with a warm and hearty carrot and coriander soup. This recipe from Hedi Hearts has an optional peanut butter twist and uses chilli powder and chilli flakes for an extra kick. For a more nutty flavour you could try adding a pinch of ground cumin.
