Manufacturer’s sites aren’t always the best point of call for your appliance spares!

When a minor fault occurred on our cooker my first call was to the manufacturers own service department to obtain spares. After a long time trying to find the correct part the operative gave up, told me he would email me a link to request the part directly, as he couldn’t locate it. I would be contacted within two days he promised.

I checked the internet for an alternative supplier and found BuySpares. The part was listed under the cooker serial number, arrived within a few days and cured the problem.

The manufacturer? After two WEEKS I’m still waiting for them to get back to me!
